Maintenance of MOM eServices on 1 January 2026

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has announced scheduled maintenance of selected eServices on Thursday, 1 January 2026.

Maintenance Period

Date: Thursday, 1 January 2026
Time: 12:00am to 6:00pm

Services Unavailable During Maintenance

During the maintenance window, the following systems will not be accessible:

Work Pass Online (WPOL) – for businesses and employment agencies
Work Pass Online (WPOL) – for employers of Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs)

What Users Should Do

Submit urgent work pass transactions before 12:00am on 1 January, or
Plan to submit applications and updates after services resume at 6:00pm

Users are advised to make alternative arrangements to avoid delays in work pass applications, renewals, or notifications during the maintenance period.
